Dirty Hand Sanitizer

Am I the only that is bothered by the fact that hand sanitizers that are sold in stores don’t have safety seal to prevent tampering?  You use them to wash your hands throughout the day and before you eat, but there is no way to tell if the solution inside has been tampered with.
